Enjoy the authenticity of our setting with a twist of the rustic. Take advatange of the whole house and grounds located in the heart of Provence: we offer exclusively for you this old country farmhouse, tastefully rennovated with its grounds of 3.5 acres surrounded by vineyards with an stunning view of the histoic village of Fayence perched up on the hill.
Mix up our different spaces to tailor-make your perfect wedding into a unique experience : your ceremony by the pond, amongst the olive grove or next to the winter garden, a drinks reception around the pool, your wedding breakfast in front of the bare stone walls of the old house, or even your very own private disco in the orangery. This is your day, however you’d like it, we’ve the flexibility to match your wishes. After the big day, why not grab some downtime sat around the large, sun-soaked pool area, with its pool house and summer kitchen perfect for an evening’s lounging with sun-downers, play a round or two of pétanque on or own pitch, pamper yourself with a visit to the on-site salon, get in a spot of yoga on our platform that overlooks the vineyards below the house or even grab a massage with on of our therapists in the shade of the Linden tree.
If you fancy venturing further afield to discover the Provençal countryside around Fayence, we’ve great cycling and walking routes through vines and villages steeped in local culture and history, we’ve forests, the Lac de St. Cassien, crystalline rivers and even the stunning beaches of the Côte d’Azur are just a short hop away. Maybe grab a souvenir or two from the market or go fo a wine tasting at one – or more! – of our local vineyards.
Our rooms…
The venue hire offers you the whole house and grounds exclusively for you, and includes our four characterful bedrooms for guests. All are on the same floor with private access. Each room is en suite and has been individually styled to match the old with the contemporary, the beauty of natural stone, sitting alongside sleek design and tasteful furnishings. Attention to detail and the little touches are watchwords for us and we’ll do everything to ensure your special event is perfect, with a service to match: King sized beds with very comfy Eve mattresses and oversized , fluffy goose feather duvets and The White Company bed linens in Egyptian cotton, a choice of pillow types, air conditioning, separate toilet and bather or shower-room, and a choice of toiletries from both Molton Brown and a local soap maker.
“Tilleul” (Linden Tree), usually the choice of the wedding couple, is our largest room : it boast a dual aspect, looking out onto the patio and courtyard on one side and great views up to the village perched on the hill on the other. It’s an indulgently light and spacious room equipped with a roll-top bath to relax in and admire the view.
“Jardin”, another of our larger rooms with the added delight of a private outside terrace overlooking the garden and pool area, a great spot to relax in the wicker chairs to watch the sun go down behind the hill over the pool, whilst you’re at it why not with a sundowner?
“Platane” is a spacious and airy room with walk-in, Italian style shower and carved stone sink. The Velux windows drench you in sunlight in the shower, getting the day off to a vibrant and energized start.
“Olivier”, our smallest – yet perfectly formed! – room is 16m2, offering a great view of the village and garden from the comfort of an air conditioned room. Another view to die for.

We would be delighted to recommend any of our very professional team of partners, with whom we’ve worked for a number of years and who reflect our own values of care and attention to detail. They will also do all they can to make your wedding just perfect. We’ve a local band who will get everyone up and dancing in no time with their Pop Rock selection; a local florist who works predominantly with high quality local, seasonal blooms and producers, a very experience and capable wedding planner or our multi-talented photographer ready to capture the essence of the moment for posterity.

We’re proud to work with Julie, our excellent wedding planner, with over 8 years’ experience in event planning and weddings right across the Côte d’Azur she can smooth you through the stress of organizing your big day: from helping you set your budget and stick to it, to choosing the right suppliers for you, even down to helping you choose the right glassware and cutlery, she’s there every step of the way to listen and advise you. She can work with any budget and offers a preferential rate for our wedding parties at the Mas from €2500 excl. VAT.
Manon, our dedicated photographer
A qualified journalist across multiple media and with a through grounding in photography and videography, Manon has since carved out her own path. Passionate about photography for over ten years, she discreetly disappears into the background to hunt down and capture a given moment for its beauty, meaning and emotion. She’s good, really good.
Heal, our band of six talented and enthusiastic musicians
HEAL have been playing events and evenings together for several years, and regularly delight crowds right across our region. They have played two of our summer parties here at he Mas des Romarins, as well as a “mini-festival” for my 50th birthday. They offer a broad range of covers from Pop Rock hits to well-known classics from the 80’s, 90’s and noughties. Each time they play they give it their all, and we guarantee your guests will be up and dancing in no time. Their lead vocalist has an amazing voice and will work with you to tailor their repartee. They are very flexible in what they play, have a wide playlist to pull from and are happy to play for as long as you like. For our guests they have put together a package at €1500 for all six for a 3 hour set.
Abelia Fleurs, Sabine our lovely, local florist
Sabine offers years of experience in floristry, she is dedicated to quality and will go the extra mile to tailor-make displays created with you using exceptional blooms, locally sourced wherever possible. She’s a great listener and will work hand in hand with you to ensure your design choices and style of wedding are perfectly interpreted and brought to life in her displays. Once your day draws to a close, we also work with Sabine to share any displays you decide not to keep, with our local old peoples homes, to bring them a little cheer and warmth and share some love.
Equipment and Optional Extras…
The kitchen is available for use by your caterer (we also have three caterers we can share contact details should you like) to prepare meals and nibbles throughout your stay, we have tri-phase electrical sockets too should s/he need to plus in a refrigerated truck. We also offer additional services for a small charge to make life easier for you: hire of tables, an access mat across our graveled area in front of the house, wooden dance floor.

Toilet Facilities
For groups over 60 people, we will need to hire in additional toilet facilities, as the Mas des Romarins is on a septic tank and can’t cope with larger numbers. Julie, our wedding planner will happily recommend solutions for you and include prices.
Food and Catering Facilities
On request we can share contact details with you of three caterers with whom we work, they will help you plan your catering needs from start to finish. If you prefer, we can manage this on your behalf, again with our wedding planer Julie.
Our Wedding Package…
We offer a preferentially priced package which includes the exclusive use of the whole of the Mas des Romarins, including its grounds and facilities for 3 days and 3 nights*. The offer and facilities included are:
- Exclusive use of the ground floor, comprising kitchen, lounge room, dining room and bar area/orangery
- Exclusive use of the 1st floor (all four bedrooms)
- Accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis for guests staying in the bedrooms
- Pool area, summer kitchen, portable loud speakers and gas barbecue
- On-site car parking for up to 30 vehicles
- Garden, including pond area, yoga platform, pétanque pitch, olive grove and terrasses
- We will also consider, upon request, camping for some guests on-site
*Sadly we can’t accommodate shorter periods
The Mas des Romarins has a limited capacity of 80 guests maximum and our package price excludes any additional service you choose to buy in from our suppliers (DJ, photographer, décor).
Our core package price is €6999TTC. We are flexible and will do all we can to match our offering to your wishes and needs, to make a tailor-made event for you.
