Local olive groves and oils
We are lucky to be surrounded by plenty of lush olive groves, producing a wide variety of species particularly well adapted to the Mediterranean climate and soil. We produce our very own “golden nectar” thanks to our 48 olive trees, which we make available to guests at Le Mas des Romarins as part of our offering as a quality B&B. In addition to our own oil, there are several local producers, some of whom have award-winning oils and associated products, well worth a visit.
Domaine Stalenq

In 1953, two brothers, Honoré and Anthoine Stalenq, acquired a property in the Notre Dame area of Seillans, a smallholding planted with both olive trees and vines. Sadly during the exceptionally cold winter of 1953, the century-old olive trees froze and subsequently died. Two years later young olive trees were replanted and have, today, reached full production, and so they continue their long and passionate family tradition as olive growers and pressers.
