Get moving and stay in great shape with a fitness session at the Mas des Romarins with our very own Les Mills certified fitness instructor, Nathalie. We hold classes up on the yoga platform with great views out over the valley below.
We run up to three sessions per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for up to an hour, targeting muscle groups in a relaxed, but energised and friendly atmosphere, with music to match ! Depending on the weather and the heat we also run sessions indoors or under the shade of our Linden tree. Sessions are tailored to individual ability; from beginners upwards to suit everyone !
